- Messages you send us if you contact customer support or reply to emails or texts

We do not ask for bank account numbers, credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal records to use our matching service.

3. To match you with participating kitchen remodelers who may serve your area and project type

We may also use information in a general, non-personal way to understand trends, like which services homeowners ask about most often. For example, people often ask about cabinets and countertops.

CopperSill does not sell your project as a construction service because we are not a remodeler or contractor. We are a matching service only.

When we share information

We do not share your information with everyone. We share it only when it helps process your request or operate the service.

We may share your information with:
- Participating licensed and insured remodelers so they can review your project and contact you
- Service providers that help us run the website, communication tools, or customer support
- Law enforcement or regulators if we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights or safety

If we send your request to a remodeler, we may share the contact and project details needed for that match. After that, the remodeler may handle your information under their own privacy practices too. That is one reason we recommend you do your own checks before hiring. You stay in control. You compare options, you choose who to speak with, and you decide who to hire.

Your choices and cookies

• You can ask us to stop calling, texting, or emailing you for marketing or follow-up

Like many websites, we may use cookies or similar tools to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the experience. These tools help us see basic things like which pages are popular, not your bank or identity records.

Important note about remodelers

CopperSill is a free matching service. Participating remodelers pay a flat fee to take part. Homeowners do not pay CopperSill to be matched.

Before you hire anyone:
- Verify the remodeler's license and insurance yourself
- Get the price and scope in writing before any deposit
- Follow local permits and building code requirements
- Hold final payment until the agreed work is done
